Meet Wooly and Shaun! They are Pedigree Swiss Valais Blacknose and were born on November 4 and have been melting hearts throughout the Winter. Their mum has insufficient milk to rear them so we have gotten them into a routine of getting a bottle when they’re out at events, which gives their mum a chance to build up reserves for when they get home. You will see their tails wag as they take their bottles.
Valais sheep are farmed primarily for wool and milk in Switzerland but have become a novelty breed in Ireland and the UK due to their teddybear features and friendly personality, which makes them ideal pets! When you meet the twins, you will understand!
